There is no Cancellation Right after doing order from our website or direct until we will not provide satisfactory packages to our client.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which You received the package online.

Conditions for Refund

In order for the Digital Product or Service to be eligible for a Refund, please make sure that:

• The Digital Product or Service were purchased in the last 2 days

The following Digital Product or Service can not be refund:

• When you will apply for refund after 2 days of purchasing.
• If there is no mistakes and errors or you will receive complete package.

We reserve the right to refuse refund of any buyer that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

Timeline of Refund

When you will purchase our software or packages. Then, You can apply for refund with in 2 days of purchasing date or invoice date. If there is some missing Digital item in our package or If there is some errors in package. Then, with in 24 hour you have to raise an refund request at email id :- admin@rkenterprises.business.

Then Technical team will contact you to check the valid reason of refund. Once, They will verify it then will initiate Refund with in next 24 hours.

In total they will take 48 hours to complete refund process.
